We understand that accessing high-quality GI care should be convenient and flexible. With AZ Gastro Care’s Telehealth services, you can connect with your provider from the comfort of your home using your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
Getting Started With Telehealth
Laptop and desktop instructions:
- Visit mychart.uchealth.org
- Login
- Click on the Appointments tab at the top.
- Locate your scheduled appointment under “Appointments and Visits” and e-check in.
- Enter or confirm your allergies, medications, health history, and insurance details. Click Next and complete any required health questionnaires.
- Click “Begin Video Visit” when ready.
- Choose “Join via web browser” or “Join via app” to connect.
- Enable your microphone and camera, enter your name, and click Join.
- Wait in the virtual waiting room until your provider joins. If disconnected, select “Rejoin Call.”
Mobile (Android/iPhone) instructions:
- Download the My Health Connection app from the App Store.
- Login
- Log in and navigate to the Appointments tab.
- Select your scheduled appointment and e-check in.
- Review and confirm your allergies, medications, health history, and insurance details, then submit any required forms.
- Click the green video camera next to your appointment.
- Tap “Begin Visit” and follow the prompt to download VidyoConnect if needed.
- Enable audio and video, enter your name, and join the call.
- Please wait in the virtual waiting room for your provider to begin the session.
