Kelly began her healthcare career as a surgical technologist/surgical assistant, working in the operating room for 13 years before earning her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon. As a PA she has worked in abdominal organ transplant, orthopedics, and rheumatology.
Kelly will provide primarily inpatient services and has a special interest in diseases of the liver. Her favorite part of patient care is education and ensuring patients have a clear understanding of their disease process and how to manage it.
Originally from MN, Kelly moved to AZ for the weather and when not at the hospital, will typically be found on a golf course or hiking trail, even on the hottests days of summer.
