Chelsea worked as a bedside nurse in cardiac progressive care, ICU step-down, medical-surgical and inpatient dialysis settings before graduating from University of Phoenix with her Masters in Nursing Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Before nursing, she worked in a variety of care settings including ophthalmology and the emergency department as a medical scribe. During this time, she went on to obtain her Bachelors of Biological Sciences from Arizona State University and then later obtained her Bachelors in Nursing degree from Chamberlain University.
Since joining AZ Gastro Care, Chelsea has demonstrated a strong commitment to evidence‑based, patient‑centered care—focusing on optimizing outcomes and ensuring safe, effective treatment. Her dedication to the gastroenterology field continues to grow, and she is passionate about supporting the health of individuals in her community, where she herself was raised.
Outside of the clinic, Chelsea enjoys immersing herself in reading and movies, crochet, and spending quality time with her husband, two cats, and their two Alaskan Malamutes.
