Blake found real purpose and fulfillment in helping people when at 19, he served a two-year church service mission in Florida. It was here he discovered his love of guiding people to their best selves and felt a pull toward a career in medicine. After returning home, Blake earned a Bachelor of Exercise Science degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and continued on to become a Physician’s Assistant after completing a Master’s Degree in Clinical Medical Sciences at Barry University in Miami, Florida. Prior to joining AZ Gastro Care, he gained experience working in interventional radiology, as well as pain management. In these specialties, he gained a knowledge in aiding those with multiple chronic and acute ailments. He is passionate about helping patients overcome and manage chronic illnesses.
In his free time, Blake enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and their loving dog, Penny. He also enjoys cycling, cooking, and woodworking.
