The Founder’s Vision

In 2009, Reddy GI was established with a primary focus on providing comprehensive gastroenterological care to patients. The practice's founder holds board certifications in Gastroenterology (American Board of Internal Medicine), Anatomic Pathology (American Board of Pathology), Clinical Pathology (American Board of Pathology), and Internal Medicine (American Board of Internal Medicine). Under strong leadership, Reddy GI expanded its services from Mesa to Chandler and Gilbert, employing several additional providers. In 2024, a strategic partnership was formed with Gastro Care Partners to further expand the practice’s reach to patients in the Valley.

This partnership entailed the addition of new physicians, infrastructure, and caregivers to address the burgeoning demand for gastrointestinal services in Phoenix. In mid-2024, Dr. Jae Kim joined the practice as the new medical director, and under his guidance, the practice has continued its growth trajectory by expanding its provider network and establishing additional sites of service. By October 2024, the practice underwent a rebranding to AZ Gastro Care, adopting a logo featuring a rising Phoenix to symbolize our unwavering commitment to the market and our aspiration to meet the diverse needs of patients and other healthcare professionals.

AZ Gastro Care serves residents and visitors of Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, and other communities by providing person-centric gastrointestinal care. Patients notice that one of the things that sets us apart is the importance each staff member plays in their care. There’s a reason that many members of our team have remained with us for so many years—they are dedicated to these patients and do whatever they can to provide a healing and stress-free environment.

In digestive health, many diagnoses share numerous symptoms. AZ Gastro Care providers work in tandem with our patients to evaluate their conditions through their history, current symptoms, and testing. Once a diagnosis is made, we educate patients and walk them through treatment options.

Convenient Southeast Phoenix Locations

Patients can schedule appointments at our Mesa and Chandler offices to meet with their providers for consultations and in-office procedures. For advanced diagnostic and therapeutic care, the AZ Gastro Care Endoscopy Center—a Medicare-certified ambulatory surgical center—offers colonoscopy, upper endoscopy (EGD), and flexible sigmoidoscopy in a comfortable outpatient setting for patients who do not require hospitalization.
